RSI collaborated with Pinnacle Mountain Homes and BHH Partners to build an award-winning home in Summit County Colorado. Our custom automation includes:

A full Savant home automation system with audio, video, shades, security, climate and lighting control, uses the personalized Savant app to control everything. This means the entire house can be controlled using the Savant universal remote. The homeowner can also set their own “scenes” (e.g. Schedule the lights to go off at midnight, etc…)

A home theater set up in the Klack. Each space in the home is named after a Colorado mine. Equipped with top of the line surround sound and high quality television, the home theater was built in the entertainment room, nicknamed “The Klack.”

Surround sound throughout all of the rooms includes Soundbar audio in bedrooms and Sonance Visual Performance in-ceiling speakers in all other rooms.

The surveillance system, with 4 IP cameras and a Network Video Recorder, provides one week of recording capability and 2MP resolution for all cameras.

Lutron QS lighting control system with centralized dimming capabilities and intuitive keypad control allows the owners to control the entire home lighting system from a keypad and even sets a schedule for when they need to the lights to turn on and off.

Lutron QS shades allow for control of shading and daylight in the house. Automated shades from Lutron are controlled remotely allowing ease of use for opening and closing blinds. Light blocking shades keep the home cool during the summer and can easily open to let in warmth during the winter.

iTunes and Sonos integration throughout the entire house allows users stream their own music in different parts of the house or they can pick songs to play through the whole house.

Cisco-based enterprise network protects the system from crashing or security hacks and keeps all the home’s information safe. With this much technology and security in place it’s important to have a network protection system installed.

Extensive pre-wire future proofs the home. If the homeowner wants to add additional automated features to the house, the wiring is in place to accommodate new systems.
