Travis stumbled into the home technology industry by accident, and it’s a good thing for all of us that he did. After 15 years in executive management and telecommunications, Travis purchased RSI in the spring of 2012 with a vision for unparalleled service and a commitment to building a world-class brand. As a result, he’s grown RSI into the leading home technology company in Colorado. On a personal note, Travis’s favorite technologies are lighting control, automated shades and golf simulators. When he’s not perfecting his stroke in the golf sim, you’ll likely find him with his family rooting for Denver teams and his beloved Iowa Hawkeyes. Travis believes that life is short and karma is a powerful force in the universe.

Mike set foot on his home technology journey 18 years ago, and that institutional knowledge gets more potent every day. Having owned a business in Florida and works as RSI’s Sales Engineer, he’s well-equipped to match a client’s needs and desires with the solutions most appropriate to their specific situation. Mike’s passion emanates from his family relationships, centered around a 20-years marriage to his best friend, and his role parenting two incredible daughters. When he’s not busy surprising-and-delighting clients, you’ll likely find him bringing something to life — either in the kitchen or perhaps out in the garden.

Mac combines a passion for audio/video tech and business innovation into a powerful 1-2 punch in the home technology industry. With over a decade of hands-in-the-dirt experience, Mac’s career work to date spans multiple continents and companies, as well as a number of industry-related competencies he’s picked up over the years — all for the great benefit of our clients and staff. As a system designer, Mac believes in the power of pragmatic design while enjoying the efficiencies offered by cutting-edge technologies. Spearheading RSI’s marketing and business development with detailed precision, Mac leads RSI by conveying our values to the world in a way that separates us from the crowd and makes our brand memorable.

Outside of the office, Mac is a complete cinephile. This love feeds his passion for designing dedicated home theaters.

Growing up, Luke was obsessed with all things audio. This love inspired him and his friends to run a mobile DJ business as teenagers. In college, Luke feed his musical inclinations by picking up the guitar and earning a degree in the recording arts. After learning more about Luke you find, he actually double-majored in psychology giving him crazy insight into understanding others. He has only increased in his musical understanding having worked in audio post-production for television and radio. Later, Luke ventured into working on audio systems design for the next 13 years -- crafting some incredible plans.

Currently, Luke is fascinated with incredible automated home lighting systems, amazing home theaters, and believe it or not, golf simulators. He’s a little rough around the edges, but just blame that on the 15 years in the Big Apple.

Adam brings more than 15 years of experience building positive customer relationships such as the Colorado Department of Transportation, PCL Construction, among numerous others. Thanks to his innate ability to solve problems, Adam is continually advocating for the needs of his clients’ best interests, both in terms of budget, and the value that exceeds that budget. Adam has earned multiple audio and video certifications from trade associations and major manufacturers like Crestron, JBL, and more, making him the secret envy of the office, though he’d never admit it. Currently, he is focused on earning the CTS-D certification from Avixa and looks forward to translating that knowledge into easy-to-understand concepts and systems for the benefit of the clients he serves.

When not creating incredible experiences, Adam refuels his mind and body outdoors with fly-fishing and snowboarding. When he is indoors, Adam consumes podcasts and fiction.
